Quick Dragon Card

Today’s card is very quick and simple. It is a CASE of Jessie Holton’s mermaid card. The hardest part of this card was deciding on which little Knight and which Dragon I wanted to fussy cut out to add to the card!

To create this card:

1. Prepare card base in Basic Grey card stock.
2. Cut a sheet of the Myths & Magic Specialty DSP that is Basic Grey and has the fleur-de-lis on it to 100mm x 143.5mm to create a card front.
3. Fussy cut out a dragon and a knight from the  Myths & Magic Specialty DSP.
4. Cut out using a scalloped circle from the Layering Circles Framelits (the trees from the  Myths & Magic Specialty DSP). TIP: you can also use the Starburst Punch for this step.
5. Punch out a Pretty Label in the Whisper White Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper.
6. Stamp a sentiment and strip border in Lemon Lime Twist on Whisper White card stock using the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set.
7. Cut out the above sentiment using the Classic Label Punch.
8. To assemble:
   1. Attach a strip of Lemon Lime Twist Mini Striped Ribbon toward the bottom of the card front.
   2. Glue down the circle of trees and the Pretty Label Glimmer Paper over the top of the ribbon.
   3. Attach the dragon and knight using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
   4. Glue the sentiment on top
   5. Attach card front to the card base.

I would say any budding knight would love this cute card. Or a future dragon slayer!
