Hello everybody!
I am over the moving process. It took a lot of my crafting time away from me. LOL. I’m slowly starting to get back into things. My top priority was to make my customer appreciation cards for those who shopped with me in January 2021. I had so much fun combining the Host stamp set Suite Sampler with the gorgeous Dandy Laser Cut specialty paper to create this bright and fun card:

Card Details:
- Card Base: Coastal Cabana
- Card Front: Coastal Cabana (10 x 14.3 cm) and a piece of Dandy Laser Cut Paper
- Card Insert: Basic White (10 x 14.3 cm)
- Blend some Coastal Cabana ink using a Blending Brush to the bottom of the card front. Adhere to card base.
- Adhere the Dandy Laser Cut panel to the card front by dabbing small amounts of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the back. There are five fun designs to choose from.
- On to a piece of Basic White thick cardstock stamp the dragonfly image in Memento Ink and colour using Stampin’ Blends. I used Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie & Magenta Madness. Fussy cut this out.
- Using the Tasteful Labels Die cut out a Basic White die and stamp a sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Costal Cabana ink.
- Adhere the sentiment label to the card using Multipurpose Liquid glue.
- Adhere the dragon fly on top using Stampin’ Dimentionals.
- To finish off add some Opal Rounds
I really love the brightness of the dragon fly against the laser cut paper. So cute.
I like to say that no card is complete until you’ve decorated the inside and the envelope. For the inside I blended some Coastal Cabana ink into the bottom right corner of the card insert and then stamped the same dragonfly image on top in Coast Cabana. For the envelope I wanted to keep things simple and the inside more of a surprise so I stamped the dragonfly in Memento Ink.
For customers who spend $50 or more I sent a small thank you gift of the Opal Pearls. I decorated the packet with a belly band coordinating it with the card.
The Dandy Laser Cut Paper has five different card front options, and I couldn’t help myself but to create a card using one of each of them!
