Easter Egg Thin Boxes for TGIF Challenge

Easter Egg Thin Boxes for TGIF Challenge

When I saw these thin boxes for the small Easter eggs I just knew I had to make them for myself and that they will work nicely for the new TGIF Challenge (tgifc101: March Madess!). I cased these from Pootles – Long Slender Chocolate Egg Boxes using Stampin’ Up! DSP, but instead of using DSP (Designer Series Paper) I decided to use the Basket Bunch to create my own pretty paper.

I stamped my Whisper White Card Stock using Crumb Cake Stampin’ Pad. I had soooo much fun stamping this. I think too much fun. Seriously this was fun. (Okay moving on now). To make it quicker I mounted all the stamps onto one large clear stamp block instead of stamping each image individually.

I used the measurements from Pootles for scoring, but I cut my paper 9cm wide and 13cm tall. This allowed me to fit 3 eggs into each box.

How cute did these turn out! I can’t wait to give them out this coming week to all my kids’ teachers.
